OPENING
ATELIERGROUPE is an architecture practice founded in Geneva, Switzerland.
While
every attempt of taking position risks to drift within overwhelming information, ATELIERGROUPE aims
to
elaborate precise operational strategies to achieve a voluntary and conscious transformation of the
environment. As such, and in order to organize the project, ATELIERGROUPE takes notes from
architecture*, using it as a tool able to define the context and
to formalize the given. By exploiting preexisting qualities through architecture, they might ultimately
offer their presence to the landscape, eventually updating it. Thus, ATELIERGROUPE’s projects are defined by
both their ambitious character and the obstacles they have to tackle.
